The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 5, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following:

“with the following amendment:

On page 1, subsection 1.6, at the beginning of the sentence by striking the word “The” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “This rule applies to the”;

And,

On page 1, subsection 1.6, after the word “limitations” and before the word “during” by inserting the words “imposed by those rules”.
